We wholeheartedly believe that everyone should be able to live the lifestyle they want, or need to live, without sacrificing health, happiness and wellness due to dietary restrictions. With attention to detail, a focus on quality and authentic taste profiles, all of our gluten free recipes have been created to replicate traditional bakery treats. If it does not look and taste amazing, we will not sell it in our bakery, period.
Our goal is to fill the void in the hearts and homes of those local customers who have Celiac Disease or live a gluten free lifestyle. We also serve those who have other dietary restrictions and preferences. This includes dairy free, soy free and tree nut free options, as well as offerings for those on a vegan diet.
